- The triennial conference organisers for the International Union of Crystallography (IUCr) Congresses normally offer student bursaries.
- The Canadian Light Source (CLS) offers student assistance to attend CLS workshops and/or perform experiments.
- The Canadian Institute for Neutron Scattering (CINS) offers student assistance to perform neutron scattering experiments within Canada.
- Try obtaining information about Student Travel Grants from your University or College. Most Canadian Universities and Colleges offer these (if you know who to ask!).
